I’ve been utilizing this meditation for about 2 years now, it’s one of the best, it’s referred to as (Conscious of being conscious)
Context: That is the one meditation I’ve ever used, and it causes my Enlightenment (I style many sorts however they have been missed up and so laborious/painful/exhausting)+(In my non secular journey I gained quite a lot of data from many sources so I’m not dependent solely on meditation). This one is the least painful and so efficient sort from all different silly nonsense specializing in the breath and controlling your ideas meditations
That is truly the best type of Meditation, the place the doer disappears!
