Let’s talk about lunch…

that’s quick and easy, and healthy.

You’re done with relying on the vending machine’s peanut butter crackers and chips to somehow to provide you with a healthy lunch on the go.

You’re also done with being totally starving by 2 p.m. and cancelling your after-work training session because let’s face it, you’re just too hungry and tired. And now you feel guilty because you missed your training session!

But the prospect of cooking an entire meal for lunch is just not doable, and you can’t afford a deli sandwich every day.

Whenever I talk to clients, there’s always a meal that is a problem for them. For some people, it’s the breakfast club. For some people, it’s lunch, and for some people, it’s dinner. So in this video, I’m talking to all of those of you who struggle with what in the world to make for lunch.

Even better, these lunch recipes are all one-pot dishes that you can later mix and match to create new meals with!
