A fudge that’s rich, chocolatey, and takes all of five minutes to prep? Yes, please. This one-bowl, three-ingredient wonder from Panacea’s Pantry is as easy as it gets, just tahini, dark chocolate (80% recommended), and Anima Mundi’s Vanilla Chai Protein. The blend isn’t just tasty; it’s powered by time-honored adaptogens like astragalus, ashwagandha, and eleuthero, known to boost energy, aid recovery, and help your body roll with life’s daily stress. Basically, fudge that works as hard as you do.

RECIPE

Prep time:15 minutesChill time: 1 hourYield: 16 servingsCategory:dessertRecipe by: Panaceas Pantry

Ingredients:

+ 250g block dark chocolate

+ 8 Tbsp Vanilla Chai Protein Powder

+ 1 cup (250g) hulled tahini

+ Toasted sesame seeds, optional

Directions:

1. Grease and line a 6-8 inch (10-20cm) square tin.

2. Add chocolate and tahini to a heatproof bowl. Heat 2cm water in a small pot and bring to the boil. Sit the bowl on top of of the pot and reduce heat to a simmer, heating until chocolate has melted.

3. Remove from the heat and mix until smooth.

4. Add Vanilla Chai Protein Powder and mix through.

5. Transfer to the lined tray. Top with sesame seeds and place in the fridge to set.

6. Once set, use a very sharp knife and cut into 16 squares.
