Strange Unconscious Encounter in a Tunnel

So several months back I had a really strange, yet brief, induced out of body experience. I was lying in bed, meditating with binaural beats and focusing on my third eye, when a vivid tunnel vision appeared. At first, I saw an endless series of concentric rings expanding as they got closer and passing right around me, like encompassing me, it felt as if I were still and they were the ones in motion and rushing forward. I tried not to focus on them too much, as I've learned from experience that by doing so, especially too early on, it'll snap you out of the experience all together. This visual quickly began to shift, becoming more and more solid and tangible, until I found myself sliding down a grey, ribbed tunnel, much like a slide. As I slid, the tunnel gently curved, and when I rounded a slight corner, the incline flattened out and my motion came to a stop. So as I was sitting there, still, inside the tunnel, thinking to myself "what now"? That's when something strange happened. Suddenly an unconscious young man (looked to be in his late teens to early twenties, dressed in a t-shirt, jeans, and sneakers) came sliding around the corner, gently colliding with me. A mix of apprehension and curiosity washed over me as I thought about trying to wake him up. But then, the moment I even tried to wake him, the whole experience abruptly ended, and I was back in my bed.

I've had a handful of induced OBEs before, and a couple of them were really profound and lengthier experiences. But this one's unusual encounter has just continously left me wondering about its meaning. Like, who was he? Was he someone else having this experience, but not consciously aware of it? Idk! But it was a really interesting experience, so I thought I'd share it. I'm also curious if anyone out there has ever experienced anything even remotely similar before?

First picture is similar to how the "tunnel" or rings first appeared, but without the flat floor, was just the round rings all the way around. The second picture is what the tunnel turned into. Looks very, very similar! Third picture is the scene from my experience, when the young, unconscious young man comes around the corner. I couldn't get the tunnel in this picture to appear correctly. But imagine this scene, but in the tunnel from the second picture.
