SUCCUMB TO QUESTIFIED SPICY PROTEIN CAULIFLOWER MAC & CHEESE. Cauliflower always wanted to be taken seriously. But it usually winds up cowering under a pile of ranch. Not this time. This time cauliflower gets the respect it deserves. We’re talking roasted, smothered in molten cheese sauce, and finished with a fiery crown of Quest Hot & Spicy Tortilla Style Protein Chips. The result? A dish that’s creamy, crunchy, and packing heat in all the right ways. Call it a snack hack, call it mac-and-cheese’s hotter cousin—just don’t call it boring.

NUTRITIONAL INFO

QUEST HOT & SPICY CAULIFLOWER MAC & CHEESE

Yields: 3 servings |  Serving Size: 1 bowl

Calories: 340  | Protein: 20g  | Fat: 22g | Net Carb: 10g

Total Carb: 15g   | Sugar: 4g

Ingredients

QUEST HOT & SPICY CAULIFLOWER MAC & CHEESE

1 head of cauliflower
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup parmesan cheese
½ cup heavy cream
1 tsp dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 bag Quest Hot and Spicy Tortilla Style Chips

Method

Preheat the oven to 400 F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and toss in olive oil.
Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 15- 20 minutes and tender.
Place the cheeses, heavy cream, mustard and garlic powder into a small pot over medium heat.
Stir until melted and smooth.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss in the cheese.
Transfer to three serving bowls and top with crushed Quest Chips.
