I'll have admit in the meantime I slipped up a few times more with Reddit and now again posting here my progress.
I´m still really happy because it´s not comparable to the amount I´ve spent in the past every day on social media;
I still kept the productivity app and the messaging apps to stay in contact with friends and family; Even with those, my total phone usage time went from 5.5 hours to around 1 hour per day.
I sleep so much better now. I get no more blue light exposure before bed so I fall asleep faster and wake up completely refreshed. I started a consistent morning workout routine, fell in love with cooking and finished so many books.
My anxiety has pretty much disappeared and I finally feel way more present. It's amazing how much more time and energy you have when you're not constantly scrolling.
If you're even slightly tempted. Delete one app. Give your mind a break.
