Oklahoma State University partners with Rezilient Health and more digital health news

Oklahoma State University announced it is partnering with hybrid primary care provider Rezilient Health to provide eligible faculty and staff access to the company’s CloudClinics for primary and multispecialty care. 

Rezilient offers care coordination services, health education and resources, a network of care providers (including specialists) and primary care for preventative measures, chronic disease management and wellness.

Faculty and staff at OCU-Stillwater and Langston University enrolled in the BlueOptions PPO or BlueEdge HDHP health care plans and residing within 30 miles of Stillwater and their dependents seven years and above will be eligible for the tech-enabled provider’s services. 

“Our partnership with Rezilient gives our people access to unlimited direct primary and multispecialty care at zero out-of-pocket cost, and same-day appointments at the innovative CloudClinics combined with 24/7 virtual care for members is a winning combination for OSU, plus it’s at a fair price,” Rachel Shreffler, OSU director of benefits, said in a statement.

Alera Health, Affiliated Network Providers (ANP) and Aurora Behavioral Health have signed a collaboration agreement to provide coordinated care for individuals with behavioral health conditions within Aurora’s inpatient setting and ANP’s outpatient health homes in Arizona’s Maricopa County. 

Alera Health builds integrated healthcare systems, and Aurora Behavioral Health has mental health and psychiatric hospitals in Glendale and Tempe, Arizona. 

Affiliated Network Providers offers a network of providers specializing in behavioral health, crisis services and primary care within The Grand Canyon State. 

The companies will integrate their resources, work to unite innovative care models, enhance data sharing and coordinate whole-person care.

Vivid Health, which offers an AI-enabled multispecialty care management platform, is partnering with WorldView, a healthcare workflow automation company, to enhance provider efficiency and patient engagement in the home health and hospice care settings. 

WorldView will integrate Vivid’s Provider Led AI technology into its platform for providers and patients.  

The AI-enabled tech will assist providers with automating documentation, care plan development, patient engagement and creating care plans.
