Ingredients

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE HEARTS

4 Quest Bake Shop Chocolate Brownies
5 tbsp natural peanut butter
2 tbsp water
4oz sugar free white chocolate
4oz sugar free dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp valentine’s day sprinkles (optional)

Method

In a bowl of a stand alone mixer, using a paddle attachment, combine the brownies, peanut butter and water until a dough forms.
Roll the dough between two pieces of parchment paper until it’s about ¼” in thickness.
Use 2” heart cookie cutter to make 10 shapes and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Freeze for one hour.
Add the white chocolate and dark chocolate to their own microwave safe bowls with a ½ tablespoon of coconut oil.
Melt separately in the microwave in 30 second increments and then stir smooth.
Place each heart onto a fork and spoon chocolate over, letting the excess drip off.
Top with sprinkles if desired. Chill until chocolate has set.
