Salish Matter is still in her teenage years, and even though she probably has a high metabolism, she still keeps herself very fit. I remember while searching, I saw a video from a couple of years ago on her father’s channel where Salish Matter talked about her workout. It was a full-body weight workout containing different variations of push-ups, dips, and bodyweight exercises.

You may think, does it work? Well, especially in your teenage years, if you want to avoid gaining too much muscle and still have a toned and lean body shape, bodyweight exercises are the best way to keep yourself fit. You can even add resistance band workouts to enhance the exercises and tone up your butt and arms even more.

Gymnastics
Salish is not only a fit and active personality, but she is a competitive gymnast as well. So that’s what keeps her so toned, flexible, and fit. Gymnasts are well known for their flexibility and toned physiques. While I would love to tell you a few things about gymnastics, I would recommend you visit a nearby gymnastics gym and learn from a professional, as everyone has their starting point, and everyone’s body might need different training. Try to visit the gym at least five days a week for an hour to two hours a day.
Staying Active
Lastly, a huge part of any teenage child’s life is being active. I’m sure you guys already know that Salish is always either making YouTube videos, going to school, hanging out, or doing something. So, all that moving around not only keeps you active and fit but also helps you lose a lot of calories without even realizing it.

If you visit Salish Matter’s Instagram account, you will see “Vegetarian” in her bio. So, her diet is focused on vegetarian foods. Now remember, she isn’t a vegan. There is a difference between vegan and vegetarian, meaning Salish Matter would still be consuming dairy products.

I couldn’t get very specific with her recent diet, but it would usually consist of a protein smoothie, some juice, fruits, salad, tofu, etc. She does take supplements like protein. Even two years ago, you could see her making a protein smoothie. Of course, the protein is plant-based.
It’s okay if you don’t want to get protein supplements, but do make sure to get enough protein from natural foods like tofu, soybeans, cottage cheese, broccoli, sprouts, etc.
