INGREDIENTS
1 cup coffee
1 RTD Protein Shake (we recommend Lean Body or OWYN!)
1 cup ice cubes
1 frozen banana

DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
Top with whip cream, honey, and chocolate chips.

6 large eggs
¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS
Hard boil the eggs and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to cool.
Once cool, peel the eggs, slice them in half lengthwise, and gently remove the yolks into a small bowl. Place the egg whites on a serving platter.
To make the filling, mash the yolks with a fork until smooth. Stir in the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, vinegar (or lemon juice), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and top with fresh chives or dill if desired.
